This is an appeal by the defendant, John H. Repp, from a judgment which the circuit court entered against him in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $7,500 after a jury had returned its verdict in that amount for the plaintiff. There were two other defendants when the complaint was filed. One of them, Andreas Zervakis, was not served with the complaint or the summons and he made no appearance.
