This cause involves an appeal in error by Floyd L. Bruce and E.H. Godwin from a jury verdict and decree rendered thereon in the Chancery Court of Shelby County, Tennessee, April 9, 1959, for $2,000 compensatory damages and $1,000 exemplary damages.
