WOODLEY, Judge.

The offense is felony theft; the punishment, enhanced by two prior convictions for felonies less than capital, life.

The primary offense alleged was the theft of one radio of the value of $30.75 and one radio of the value of $28 from Mary Cheakwood. She testified that appellant came to Stell's Photo Service about 12:30, with a lady and a man, while she was alone and in control of the business and merchandise.
