Plaintiffs, members of Lodge 2053 of the defendant, Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, and former employees of the defendant Railway Express Agency, Inc., have brought this action alleging that they were wrongfully laid off as a result of a contract violation on the part of both defendants and "hostile discrimination" on the part of the Brotherhood.
