This action which was instituted by the Secretary of Labor involves a rather narrow legal question. By his complaint, plaintiff prays that the defendant, Faber Industries, Inc., be enjoined from violating the overtime pay provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 207.1 Defendant, by its answer, claims that it is exempt from the operation of that statute with respect to the employees...
