This is an action for federal disability insurance benefits, 42 U.S.C.A. § 423, in which plaintiff seeks to establish a period of disability under 42 U.S.C.A. § 416(i) (2). Upon denial of his claim by the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, plaintiff appealed for review of such decision. 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g). Defendant has moved for summary judgment. Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(b), 28 U.S.C.A.
