This case is unusual in that Petitioner, who has been ordered deported, has resided in this country continuously for 27 years in the belief that he was at all times a citizen of the United States. The military authorities of the United States apparently were of the same opinion at the time Petitioner was inducted into the Armed Forces of the United States during the last World War.
