This is a tax contest under M.S.A. 278.01 to challenge the assessment levied upon the appellant's property. The district court dismissed the case on the ground that the challenge made was untimely. Meadowbrook Manor, Inc., which we will refer to as the taxpayer, is the owner of a real estate development in the city of St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
