Plaintiff sues to recover death benefits under a $500 life insurance policy issued by defendant on the life of her husband, George Lee Randall, who died June 20, 1957. The cause was tried to the court upon waiver of a jury. The court found the issues in favor of defendant, but entered a judgment for plaintiff in the limited sum of $16.60, representing a return of premiums which defendant had deposited in court...
