In this action the trial court has found that the plaintiff sisters, Mrs. Gabbert and Mrs. Belcher, each own an undivided oneeighth interest in a 79.05 acre tract of land in Chariton and Howard Counties and accordingly the court has quieted the title and possession by decreeing that the plaintiffs and the defendant children and grandchildren of a deceased uncle of the plaintiffs are tenants in common.
