Palmer, respondent and cross appellant herein, brought suit against the Wasatch Chemical Company, appellant herein, for injuries sustained when the bottom of a carboy of acid sold and delivered by appellant to respondent's employer, General Mills, Inc., fell out while being moved by respondent and another employee, spilling the acid and seriously burning respondent.
