This cause is before the Court on petitioner's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and on his petition for the issuance of a certificate of probable cause on his appeal from the order of this Court dated the 3rd day of February, 1960. I cannot determine whether this appeal is taken in good faith or whether it is plainly frivolous without first making a complete examination of the many journeys of the petitioner to the various courts...
