The order of this court discharging a writ of habeas corpus brought on behalf of Benjamin Reid, under sentence of death on conviction on June 27, 1957 in the Connecticut courts of murder in the first degree, has been reversed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the case remanded on April 20, 1960 for consideration, on the entire state court transcript, of two of Reid's contentions.
