Plaintiffs, in December, 1959, obtained a judgment against the defendants in New York, in a sum exceeding $140,800. Defendant, being a non-resident of New Jersey and not doing business in this State, plaintiffs obtained a writ of attachment against certain bank accounts belonging to defendant in the Union National Bank, City of Newark.
