The bill of exceptions assigns error on: (a) an order refusing to strike, on motion of the plaintiff, the defendant's answer and cross-petition, and (b) an order granting the defendant temporary alimony, attorneys' fees and custody of the minor children. The only ground of alleged error argued by counsel for the plaintiff in error is that the court erred in not striking the defendant's answer and cross-petition.
