This is an action brought under § 205 (g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), to review a decision of the Secretary of the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, denying plaintiff's application for oldage insurance benefits under the Social Security Act.
