Sinclair Oil and Gas Company, a corporation, brought this action against the county treasurer of Sweetwater County, Wyoming, to enjoin the collection of the so-called County High School Fund created by Ch. 158, S.L. of Wyoming, 1959, and declare that Act to be in violation of the constitutional requirement of uniformity of taxation.
