Carmen B. Jones filed suit against Mutual Liability Insurance Company of Wisconsin for reimbursement of medical expenses under a group hospitalization and medical expense policy. In a non jury trial and on an agreed statement of facts, judgment was entered that the plaintiff take nothing.
