William and Louise Marshall, plaintiffs below and herein referred to as plaintiffs, purchased a home at 3200 South Delaware Street, Englewood, Colorado on August 3, 1955. Plaintiffs paid the full purchase price of $18,500 in cash on the occasion of the closing.
