This suit was initiated pursuant to 29 U.S.C.A. § 185 for a declaration of contractual rights by the plaintiffs, here called the Union, against the defendant, a public utility, here called the Company. Jurisdiction to hear this cause was raised by the Company in a motion to dismiss.
