This is a disciplinary action originally instituted in this court by the State of Nebraska on relation of the Nebraska State Bar Association, relator, designated complainant, against Paul Mathew, an attorney at law, duly licensed and admitted to practice in this state, respondent. The complaint was filed by the members of the Committee on Inquiry for the Twelfth Judicial District of the State of Nebraska.
