An interlocutory judgment of divorce was granted after a default hearing, entered March 8, 1957. The parties stipulated that plaintiff have custody of the 8-year-old boy, Nathan, with certain visitation rights reserved to defendant; and that a mutual restraining order preventing Nathan's removal from the state without prior court order or written consent of the other spouse be entered, all of which became a part of the interlocutory decree.
