There has been filed in this court, under the provisions of 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255, a motion to correct or clarify the judgments and sentences entered and pronounced in the above styled cases on June 14, 1955, pursuant to which the petitioner, Orie Floyd Baker, is now confined in the United States Penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kansas.
