This is a contempt proceedings for the alleged violation of an order of this court dated April 17, 1958. The pertinent part of the order provides as follows:

"(1) The defendants shall not, contrary to Sections 7 and 15(a) (2) of the Act, employ any employee in the production of goods for interstate commerce, as defined by the Act, for a workweek longer than 40 hours, unless the employee receives compensation for his employment...
