The complaint alleges that the United States District Court for the District of Columbia issued its order on February 6, 1948 directing the defendant to pay alimony to the plaintiff; that said Court thereafter issued eight separate orders adjudging the defendant in contempt and granting judgment to plaintiff by reason of the non-payment of said alimony...
