This is a suit under the Miller Act, 40 U.S.C.A. § 270a et seq., brought by the United States to the use of Noland Company, Incorporated (Noland) against Allied Contractors, Incorporated (Allied), prime contractor, and Maryland Casualty Company, surety for said prime contractor, to recover One Thousand Thirty-Three Dollars and Thirty-Six Cents ($1,033.36) together with interest and costs on a statutory payment bond or bonds...
