This is an action to obtain a patent pursuant to the terms of 35 U.S.C.A. § 145 on a device for handling bowling pins in a bowling alley. Out of plaintiff's original 12 claims, the Board of Appeals of the Patent Office has granted Nos. 6, 11 and 12.
