Plaintiff (respondent) brought this action for divorce upon the ground of extreme cruelty. Defendant (appellant) cross-complained, seeking a divorce on the same ground.

After trial of the issues the court made findings of fact and conclusions of law in favor of the plaintiff and entered its decree awarding her a divorce, temporary custody of three minor children of the parties, certain household property, and requiring defendant to pay $100...
