SUTTON, Justice.

Defendant in error, who was plaintiff below, recovered judgment in May of 1957 against plaintiffs in error for $13,300. This judgment also enjoined the corporate defendant from using the name "Kaytee Ellen," and further included a body judgment against defendants Buchanan and Wray ordering commitment in the County Jail for 30 days if the judgment be not paid.
