THE COURT.

Plaintiffs appeal from an order denying a motion for a change of venue. After the appeal was perfected, the defendant and respondent, Gladyce C. Merola, died. Helen King Chagnon, as executrix of Mrs. Merola's will, has been substituted as respondent in the place of Mrs. Merola.
