Per Curiam.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court in a divorce action. The plaintiff, appellant herein, assigns error in a number of particulars but from his oral argument and argument in his brief it is apparent that the only issue to be determined on this appeal is whether the trial court committed an abuse of discretion in its judgment as to the division of property and alimony.
