This is an appeal from the order of the District Court confirming and adopting and entering as his own the Opinion1 of the Referee, which denied to Leonard Meritz and Paul David Freed, bankrupts, formerly dba Liberty Plating and Processing Company, a partnership; certain listed items of equipment, furniture and fixtures claimed by the bankrupts
