On December 13, 1957, E.A. Hellard, hereinafter called claimant, filed his first notice of injury and claim for compensation stating that while employed by Frisco Transportation Company at its terminal in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment on October 22, 1957.
