On August 18, 1958, Floyd A. Caler, hereinafter referred to as claimant, filed a claim for compensation against T. and J. Oil Products and its insurance carrier, Mid-Continent Casualty Company, stating that on January 27, 1958, while in the employ of T. and J. Oil Products he sustained an accidental injury consisting of an injury to his back resulting in some permanent disability to his person. The accident occurred when a tail gate on a truck slipped...
