This is a declaratory judgment action involving Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 185, seeking enforcement of arbitration provisions of a collective bargaining agreement between Local Union 783, Allied Industrial Workers of America, AFL-CIO, et al., plaintiffs, and General Electric Company, defendant.
