These cases arose out of a collision of motor vehicles which occurred at the intersection of Second Street and Mountain Road in the City of Albuquerque.

Appellants, Eduardo Otero and Margaret Chavez, had been seriously injured previously in a collision at Second Street and Menaul, and while they were being rushed therefrom to the Bernalillo County Indian Hospital in appellee's ambulance driven by George M. Kayser, the ambulance itself was...
