Henry Glick, also known as Henry H. Glick, died testate on April 26, 1955, a resident of Dawson County, Montana, leaving real and personal property therein. His last will and testament was admitted to probate and the sole legatee under the will was named executor, being Chris Glick, brother of the deceased, who was appointed and qualified as such. No other person was mentioned in the will.
