This is an original proceeding in this Court to determine the constitutionality of Senate Bill No. 1, Chapter 138, Session Laws of 1917, page 217, now 20 O.S. 1951 § 201 et seq. The Act (by Sec. 1) created and established a Superior Court in Creek County, and (by Sec. 2) provided that such court would have concurrent jurisdiction in all matters, both civil and criminal, with the District Court and County...
