On the early morning of December 6, 1956, Aaron Prince was killed when his skidding dump truck was struck by defendant's tractor-trailer truck. In this action for damages, plaintiff, his widow, obtained a verdict and judgment for the sum of $25,000 for the alleged wrongful death of decedent. The trial court overruled defendant's motion to enter judgment for defendant in accordance with his motions...
