DAY, Justice.

We will refer to the parties as they appeared in the trial court where plaintiffs in error were defendants. They seek reversal of a judgment entered on a jury verdict for damages for breach of a lease contract.

It is not necessary to burden this opinion with a recital of the negotiations, execution of the lease and subsequent events. Suffice it to say that the jury was properly instructed and found that there was a binding lease between the parties...
