The plaintiff, who was a passenger in the automobile of the defendant Hanselmann, is a citizen of Bolivia and lives in Minnesota. Hanselmann is a citizen and resident of North Dakota, while the remaining defendants, Chouanard and Huelskamp, are both citizens and residents of Minnesota...
