Harrison Manufacturing Co., Inc., as assignee of a chose in action by Eastern Textile Corporation brought this action of contract against Philip Rothman & Son, Inc., a foreign corporation, to recover the sum of $8,093.91 for goods sold and delivered. For convenience the corporations involved will hereinafter be referred to, respectively, as Harrison, Eastern, and Rothman.
