Civil action to recover damages for alleged wrongs committed by the defendants in connection with the sale of an automobile to the plaintiff. After the jury was impaneled and the pleadings were read, the court upon inquiry was informed by the plaintiff's attorney that the action "is brought for rescission" of the conditional sale contract.
