This is an action to determine adverse claims to the South one-half of Section 19, Township 151, Range 95, McKenzie County, North Dakota. On June 19, 1929, Matias Aure was the owner in fee simple of this land. On that date he executed and delivered to the State of North Dakota a real estate mortgage covering the land to secure the payment of $2,400.
