Plaintiff was injured in a traffic accident occurring on Miller road, Genesee county, on May 17, 1951. He was at the time engaged in hauling gravel, with his own truck, for the defendant. A collision occurred between plaintiff's vehicle and a truck operated by defendant's employee, both drivers sustaining serious physical injuries.
