The plaintiff, Mrs. Lorene A. Andrus, fell and was injured in the store of the defendant, Alex Gottlieb, trading as Savemore Super Market. She brought this action for damages alleging that her fall was caused by a box which the defendant had negligently allowed to remain in the aisle of the store, which she had entered to make a purchase.
