This is a habeas corpus proceeding by the appellant, Betty Graham Shaw, to obtain custody of her two children from their paternal grandmother, the appellee, Tilda Graham. One child is a boy, now seven, and the other a girl, now four and a half years old. The court had dismissed a former petition for habeas corpus and allowed the grandmother to keep the children. The present petition, filed a few weeks later, apparently by agreement, was tried...
