Petitioner, who is serving a life sentence for murder, has filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, and a hearing was held at which he testified in support of his petition. At the conclusion of the hearing we informed petitioner that his petition would be dismissed but that an opinion would be filed after the notes of testimony were transcribed.
