The plaintiff in her capacity as administratrix of the estate of her late husband, Edward Gonyer, has brought this action under the provisions of Chapter 477 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, Revision of 1938, to recover damages for his death which she alleges was caused by the negligence of the defendants.
