This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment for the plaintiff in an action for damages on account of injuries allegedly caused by defendant's negligence in filling a prescription for a drug.

The prescription was for six 1/4 grain tablets of codeine. Defendant's employee erroneously filled the prescription with six 1/4 grain tablets of morphine. Immediately upon discovering the error, defendant's employee informed...
